Ingredients:
 | 3 (2-3 Lb.) Whole Chickens |
 | 4 12 Oz. Cans of Beer, divided |
 | 1 8 Oz. Bottle Italian Dressing |
 | 1/4 -1/3 Cup Fajita Seasoning (Recommend Bolner's
Fiesta Brand Extra Fancy Seasoning (Walmart)) |
 | Fresh Rosemary Sprigs |

Directions:
 | Place Each Chicken in a Large Zip Lock Bag. |
 | Combine 1 can of beer with Italian Dressing and
Fajita seasoning. |
 | Pour over chickens & chill 8 hours, turning
occasionally. |
 | Place Rosemary sprigs into the other 3 cans of beer.
(1 for each chicken). |
 | Place chickens onto cans of beer, allowing to stand
upright. |
 | Light one side of gas grill, and place chickens on
the unlit side. |
 | Close cover & cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes. |
 | Carefully remove cans of beer, and let chicken stand
for 10 minutes. |
 | Carve and serve. |
