menu, and deliver recipes to Brian Perry for publishing on the web-site 2
weeks prior to the dinner.. |
| If the Host is unable to take their spot in
the rotation, they will make arrangements to swap host responsibility with
someone who is still scheduled. The rotation will remain unchanged. |
| The Soup or second Side dish are either/or
options, depending upon the menu selected. |
| In the event of unforseen scheduling
problems which would cause any of the members to miss the dinner, then a guest
may fill that vacant spot. We are considering having substitute
members who may fill an open slot, and would like to be considered for long
term membership. Refer to club rules for replacement guest
responsibility. |
