Directions:
 | In a large kettle soften onion in butter.

 | Add shredded cabbage & caraway seed.

 | Cover & cook over low heat, mix occasionally until
cabbage has softened. |
 | Add water, vinegar, salt & sugar.

 | Simmer until tender & flavors are blended.
If you prefer a thicker dish, thicken with
flour/water paste to desired consistency. |
