Sweet Pineapple Butter

Ingredients:
bullet 1 (8 Oz) can crushed pineapple, drained.
bullet1 Cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

Prepares  Enough for a Loaf of Bread

Preparation time: 10 Minutes

 

Directions:
bulletPress the liquid out of the crushed pineapple using the back of a spoon.  (If there is too much juice the fruit will separate from the butter).
bulletProcess pineapple & softened butter in a food processor until well blended.
bulletMound into a small serving bowl, serve with Coconut Bread.
