Ingredients:
 | 4 Large Shrimp & 4 Large Scallops |
 | 2 Wooden Skewers, soaked in water |
 | 1 TBS Soy Sauce |
 | 1 Tbs Lemon Juice |
 | 1 Tbs Oriental Sesame Oil |
 | 1/2 Tsp finely chopped or shredded fresh Ginger |
 | 2 Tsp Sesame Seeds |

Directions:
 | Prepare the grill or heat the oven broiler. If
cooking under broiler, lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable cooking
spray. |
 | Peel the shrimp, leaving the tails on if possible. |
 | Thread the shrimp and scallops onto the skewer,
alternating them. |
 | In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, lemon
juice, oil and ginger. |
 | Brush the mixture over the skewered shrimp and
scallops, coating both sides. |
 | Sprinkle evenly with the sesame seeds. |
 | Grill or broil the skewers 4 to 5 inches from the
heat until the shellfish just barely turn white and firm up. (About 3-4
minutes per side). Serve hot. |
