Hot Spot of Salem Coleslaw

Ingredients:
bullet2 (16 Oz) packages shredded cabbage
bullet1/2 Cup White Vinegar
bullet1/3 Cup Sugar
bullet1 Tsp Salt
bullet1 Tsp Pepper
bullet1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise

Prepares 8 servings

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cook time:  Refrigerate at least an hour

 

Directions:
bulletPlace the cabbage in a large mixing bowl.
bulletIn a small bowl, stir together the vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until the sugar dissolves. 
bulletBlend in the Mayonnaise.
bulletPour the dressing over the cabbage and mix well.
bulletRefrigerate at least one hour before serving.
