Quick Meatballs in Vodka Sauce

Ingredients:

 
bullet3 Lbs. Frozen Italian Meatballs
bullet2 26 Oz. Jars of Pasta Sauce  (In this recipe, Newman's Own Sockaroonie Sauce)
bullet1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
bullet1/2 Cup Light Corn syrup
bullet1 Cup Heavy Cream
bullet2 Cup Vodka

 

Prepares 40-50 servings

Preparation time: 15 minutes total

Cook time: 4-5 Hours

Directions:

 

bulletMix all ingredients.
bulletBring to a simmer.
bulletCook approximately 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thick and reduced by half.
