Ingredients:
 | 3 Large Oranges |
 | 6 Cups torn curly leaf lettuce |
 | 3/4 Cup chopped peeled avocado |
 | 2 Tbs white wine vinegar |
 | 1 1/2 Tsp sugar |
 | 1/2 Tsp salt |
 | 1/4 Tsp black pepper |
 | 1/4 - 1/2 Tsp hot pepper sauce |

Directions:
 | Peel & section oranges over a bowl, squeeze
membranes to extract juice. |
 | Reserve 3 Tbs of the juice. |
 | Combine orange sections, lettuce & avocado in a
bowl, tossing gently. |
 | Combine the 3 Tbs orange juice, vinegar, and
remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk. |
 | Pour juice mixture over salad, toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately. |
