Orange & Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
bullet3 Large Oranges
bullet6 Cups torn curly leaf lettuce
bullet3/4 Cup chopped peeled avocado
bullet2 Tbs white wine vinegar
bullet1 1/2 Tsp sugar
bullet1/2 Tsp salt
bullet1/4 Tsp black pepper
bullet1/4 - 1/2 Tsp hot pepper sauce

Prepares  4 Servings

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Directions:
bulletPeel & section oranges over a bowl, squeeze membranes to extract juice.
bulletReserve 3 Tbs of the juice. 
bulletCombine orange sections, lettuce & avocado in a bowl, tossing gently.
bulletCombine the 3 Tbs orange juice, vinegar, and remaining 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
bulletPour juice mixture over salad, toss gently to coat.  Serve immediately.
