Olive Crostini

Ingredients:
bullet1 (4 1/2 Oz) can, chopped black olives, drained.
bullet1/2 Cup pimento stuffed olives, chopped
bullet1/2 Cup shredded parmesan cheese
bullet4 Tbs butter
bullet2 Garlic cloves, minced.
bullet3/4 Cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
bullet1/4 Cup chopped fresh parsley
bulletFrench baguette, cut into 1/4 inch slices

Prepares 42 servings

Preparation time: 25minutes

Cook time: 0

Bake time: 4 minutes

Directions:
bulletCombine first 7 ingredients to create the olive mixture.
bulletTop each bread slice evenly with olive mixture.
bulletArrange on baking sheet.
bulletBroil 3 to 4 minutes with oven door ajar, or until topping is bubbly and golden.
