Mustard Dip

Ingredients:

 
bullet1 Cup Cider Vinegar
bullet1 Cup Coleman's Mustard
bullet1/2 Cup Sugar
bullet1/2 Cup Real Maple Syrup
bullet2 Eggs
bullet2 8 Oz Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese

Directions:

Day Before

bulletMix cider vinegar and Coleman's mustard together.  Beat until lumps are gone.  Refrigerate.

Day of Party

bulletBeat two eggs.
bulletIn a double boiler, mix the beaten eggs, sugar and maple syrup.
bulletAdd the vinegar and mustard mixture.
bulletCook until hot, stirring constantly, about 29 minutes, until hot.
bulletRefrigerate.

To Serve

bulletPlace the cream cheese block on plate, (or on two different plates), pour the mustard sauce over the cheese.
bulletServe with crackers.
