 | 1 Cup Cider Vinegar |
 | 1 Cup Coleman's Mustard |
 | 1/2 Cup Sugar |
 | 1/2 Cup Real Maple Syrup |
 | 2 Eggs |
 | 2 8 Oz Packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese |

Directions:
Day Before
 | Mix cider vinegar and Coleman's mustard together.
Beat until lumps are gone. Refrigerate. |
Day of Party
 | Beat two eggs. |
 | In a double boiler, mix the beaten eggs, sugar and
maple syrup. |
 | Add the vinegar and mustard mixture. |
 | Cook until hot, stirring constantly, about 29
minutes, until hot. |
 | Refrigerate. |
To Serve
 | Place the cream cheese block on plate, (or on two
different plates), pour the mustard sauce over the cheese. |
 | Serve with crackers. |
 | Spread and enjoy. |
