Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
bullet1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
bullet1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
bullet1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
bullet1 Tsp Dried Thyme
bullet1 Tsp Dried Marjoram
bullet1Tsp Rubbed Sage
bullet1 Tsp Garlic Powder
bullet1 Tsp Onion Powder
bullet1 Tsp Ground Ginger
bullet1 Tsp Salt
bullet1 Tsp Pepper
bullet2 1 1/2 Lb Pork Tenderloins

Prepares  8 Servings

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Marinating Time: 30 Minutes to 2 Hours

Cook time: 40 minutes

 

Directions:
bulletStir together the first 11 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-lock plastic bag.
bulletPrick pork with fork and palce in marinade, turning to coat.
bulletCover dish or seal bag; let pork stand at room temperature 30 minutes, or chill 2 hours.
bulletRemove Pork from marinade, discard marinade.  Place Pork on a rack in a roasting pan.
bulletBake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of pork registers 160 degrees.
