Ingredients:
 | 1 Lb Green Beans |
 | 1 Oz Butter |
 | 1 Medium Onion |
 | Salt & Pepper to taste |

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 8-10 Minutes |
Directions:
 | Top and tail the beans. (Recommend the tiny
French green beans). |
 | Cook the beans whole in boiling slated water for
about 8-10 minutes. |
 | Finely chop the onion. |
 | Melt the butter and fry the finely chopped onion
until lightly brown. |
 | Drain the beans and toss them over heat to dry.
Pour the butter and onions over the beans and season with salt and pepper. |
 | Serve immediately. |
