Ingredients:
 | 2 (3 oz.) packages of Strawberry Flavored Gelatin |
 | 2 Cups Boiling Water |
 | 2 Eggs |
 | 1 1/2 Cups Sugar |
 | 1 13 Oz. can Evaporated Milk |
 | 6 Cups of Whole Milk |
 | 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract |
 | 1 Qt. Fresh Strawberries, (Mashed) |
Prepares 1 Gal of Ice Cream

Directions:
 | Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, cool slightly,
set aside. |
 | Beat eggs with electric mixer, medium high,
until frothy. |
 | Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. |
 | Add gelatin mixture, milk, vanilla and mix well. |
 | Stir in the strawberries. |
 | Pour mixture into 1 gallon "Freezer".
Freeze according to manufactures directions. |
 | Let ripen at least 1 hour. |
 | Serve on Tarts with Fresh Fruit. |
