Very Strawberry Ice Cream & Fruit Tart

Ingredients:
bullet2 (3 oz.) packages of Strawberry Flavored Gelatin
bullet2 Cups Boiling Water
bullet2 Eggs
bullet1 1/2 Cups Sugar
bullet1 13 Oz. can Evaporated Milk
bullet6 Cups of Whole Milk
bullet1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
bullet1 Qt. Fresh Strawberries, (Mashed)

 

Prepares 1 Gal of Ice Cream

Cook time: Unknown

Directions:
bulletDissolve gelatin in boiling water, cool slightly, set aside.
bulletBeat eggs with electric mixer, medium high,  until frothy.
bulletGradually add sugar, beating until thick.
bulletAdd gelatin mixture, milk, vanilla and mix well.
bulletStir in the strawberries.
bulletPour mixture into 1 gallon "Freezer".   Freeze according to manufactures directions.
bulletLet ripen at least 1 hour.
bulletServe on Tarts with Fresh Fruit.
