Ingredients:
 | 2 Lbs Green Beans, trimmed, halved crosswise |
 | 5 Tbs. Butter |
 | 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans |
 | 4 Tsp. Minced Lemon Peel |
 | 1/3 Cup Finely Chopped fresh Italian Parsley |

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Directions:
 | Cook beans in a large por of boiling slated water
until just tender. |
 | Drain, and transfer to a bowl of water and cool.
Drain and pat dry. (May be prepared a day ahead of time, cover and
refrigerate). |
 | Melt butter in a large deep skillet over medium
heat. Add pecansand saute until nuts are crisp and butter is lightly
browned. (3 Minutes) |
 | Add beans; toss to heat through. (5 Minutes) |
 | Mix in lemon peel and cook for 1 minute. |
 | Mix in parsley, season with salt and pepper.
Serve. |
