Ingredients:
 | 1 Lb Green Beans |
 | 3/4 Cup Butter Beans |
 | Kosher Salt |
 | 1/2 Cup Tomato Concasse |
 | 2 Tbs Olive Oil |
 | 1 Small Red Onion, julienned |
 | 1 Red Pepper, cut into small dice |
 | 1 Yellow Pepper, cut into small dice |
 | 1 Tsp Garlic, minced |
 | 1 Cup Grilled Corn |
 | 2 Cups of Shellfish Stock |
 | 2 Tbs Green Onions, minced |

Directions:
 | Blanch the green beans for about 4 minutes in a
large pot of boiling water. |
 | Remove to an ice-water bath and set aside. |
 | Cook the butter beans in a small amount of slated
water until tender, about 15 minutes. |
 | In a medium sauce pan, heat the oil and saute onion,
peppers and garlic. |
 | Add the reserved green beans, butter beans and corn
and saute for another 3 minutes. |
 | Add the shellfish stock and tomatoes and cook
another2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish
with the green onions. |
