Ingredients:
 | 1/2 Lb Ground Sirloin Patty |
 | 1/4 Tsp seasoned salt, preferably a seasoning blend
for steaks |
 | 1/4 Tsp Pepper |
 | 1 thick slice of Mozzarella cheese, about the same
size as the patty |
 | 1 Onion Bun, split horizontally |
 | 2 Tsp grainy Mustard or to taste |
 | 2 Tsp Mayonnaise (Optional) |
 | 4 to 5 leaves baby Spinach |
 | 2 to 3 thin slices Red Onion |
Prepares 1 serving
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 7-10 minutes

Directions:
 | Grill the sirloin patty over charcoal or on a gas
grill. Cook until well-browned and grill marked on one side.
Turn and cook to the desired degree of doneness. |
 | About 2-3 minutes before the patty is done, season
each side with slat and pepper. |
 | Then top the patty with mozzarella cheese and cook
until the cheese melts and oozes down the side. |
 | Have individuals finish their own with the spinach,
onion, mustard and mayonnaise as they desire. |
 | Serve with Kosher Pickle and
Homemade Potato Chips. |
