Foo Young Toss

Ingredients:
bullet1 Head Romaine Lettuce
bullet1 Bunch of Spinach
bullet1 Pkg Bean Sprouts
bullet1 Can Water Chestnuts
bullet8 Pieces of Bacon (Crumbled)
bullet2 Eggs, (Hardboiled, & sliced)

Salad Dressing

bullet1 Cup Salad Oil
bullet1/2 Cup sugar
bullet1/3 Cup Ketchup
bullet1/4 Cup Vinegar
bullet2 Tbs Grated Onion
bullet2 Tbs Worcestshire Sauce

Prepares 8 servings

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Bake/Cook time: 0 minutes

Directions:
bulletWash and rinse the lettuce and spinach.
bulletTear into bite size pieces.
bulletAdd Beans sprouts, water chestnuts, bacon bits, and sliced hardboiled eggs.
bulletToss all the above together.
bulletMix Salad dressing ingredients.
bulletJust before serving, pour the dressing over the salad ingredients.
