Ingredients:
 | 1 Head Romaine Lettuce |
 | 1 Bunch of Spinach |
 | 1 Pkg Bean Sprouts |
 | 1 Can Water Chestnuts |
 | 8 Pieces of Bacon (Crumbled) |
 | 2 Eggs, (Hardboiled, & sliced) |
Salad Dressing
 | 1 Cup Salad Oil |
 | 1/2 Cup sugar |
 | 1/3 Cup Ketchup |
 | 1/4 Cup Vinegar |
 | 2 Tbs Grated Onion |
 | 2 Tbs Worcestshire Sauce |

Directions:
 | Wash and rinse the lettuce and spinach. |
 | Tear into bite size pieces. |
 | Add Beans sprouts, water chestnuts, bacon bits, and
sliced hardboiled eggs. |
 | Toss all the above together. |
 | Mix Salad dressing ingredients. |
 | Just before serving, pour the dressing over the
salad ingredients. |
