Pineapple &Banana-Rum Salsa w/Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

 
bullet2 Medium Bananas, peeled, sliced in half lengthwise and coarsely chopped
bullet2 8 Oz. Cans Pineapple Chunks in juice, drained
bullet3 Tbs. Light Brown sugar
bullet1 Tsp. Cinnamon
bullet1 Tbs. Butter, softened
bullet2 Tbs. Dark Rum
bullet1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
bulletVanilla Ice Cream

Prepares 6 Servings

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Broil time: 3 Minutes

Directions:

 

bulletPre-heat the broiler.
bulletPlace banana and pineapple in a single layer on lightly greased jelly roll pan.
bulletSprinkle with brown sugar.
bulletBroil, 5 1/2 inches from heat for 3 minutes, or until sugar is bubbly.  Cool slightly.
bulletCombine with other ingredients.
bulletServe warm over vanilla ice cream.
