Ingredients:
 | 2 Medium Bananas, peeled, sliced in half lengthwise
and coarsely chopped |
 | 2 8 Oz. Cans Pineapple Chunks in juice, drained |
 | 3 Tbs. Light Brown sugar |
 | 1 Tsp. Cinnamon |
 | 1 Tbs. Butter, softened |
 | 2 Tbs. Dark Rum |
 | 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract |
 | Vanilla Ice Cream |

Broil time: 3 Minutes |
Directions:
 | Pre-heat the broiler. |
 | Place banana and pineapple in a single layer on
lightly greased jelly roll pan. |
 | Sprinkle with brown sugar. |
 | Broil, 5 1/2 inches from heat for 3 minutes, or
until sugar is bubbly. Cool slightly. |
 | Combine with other ingredients. |
 | Serve warm over vanilla ice cream. |
