| Amaretto Cookies (finely crushed) |
| Sugar |
| Butter |
| Whipped Cream |

| Cut peaches in half, and scoop out red center. |
| Place in greased baking dish, cut side up. |
| Fill centers with cookie crumbs. |
| Sprinkle well with sugar & dot with butter. |
